What you need to rent
Have these ready at pick-up and the handover takes no longer than it should.
A valid driver’s license
Local or foreign, valid for the whole rental, through the return date.
DNI or passport
The same document you booked with, in the main driver’s name.
Be between 21 and 80 years old
SUV, 7-seat SUV, 4x4 pickup: from age 23. Van, Luxury / Premium: from age 25. Drivers under 25 pay a young-driver surcharge.
Security deposit at pick-up
A credit card pre-authorization or a cash deposit. The amount depends on the category and is shared with you before you sign; it’s released when you return the vehicle.
Fuel and mileage
Full to full: you get the tank full and return it full. Any missing fuel is charged on return. 200 km included per rental day; any excess is settled on return.

Before you book
Answers based on the current policies in our booking system.
What do I need to rent a car?
You must be between 21 and 80 years old, hold a driver’s license valid for the whole rental, bring your DNI or passport, and leave a security deposit at pick-up: a credit card pre-authorization or a cash deposit. Some categories require a higher minimum age (SUV, 7-seat SUV, 4x4 pickup: from age 23; Van, Luxury / Premium: from age 25).
Do I have to pay online?
No. Book online without a card and pay the full amount at the branch when you pick up the vehicle. The security deposit is taken there too, and it’s released when you return the vehicle in the agreed condition.
Is the price I see the final price?
Yes, for everything you choose when booking: rental time, protection, extras and taxes (ISV sales tax and tourism tax). The only other charges come from what happens during the rental, such as missing fuel, kilometers beyond those included or extra days.
How are rental days counted?
Each day is 24 hours from your pick-up time, with a 59-minute grace period on return. If you return later, the extra time is charged at the applicable rate.
How do fuel and mileage work?
Full to full: you get the tank full and return it full. Any missing fuel is charged on return. 200 km included per rental day; any excess is settled on return.
Will I get exactly the model in the photo?
You book a category, not a specific model: we’ll hand you that model or a similar one from the same category, with the same passenger and luggage capacity.
I’m under 25. Can I rent?
Yes, from age 21 in the categories that allow it. Drivers under 25 pay a young-driver surcharge; for now, those bookings are completed with an agent at the branch.
Can I return the vehicle in another city?
Yes, between San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, with a relocation fee. For now that fee is quoted by an agent, so online bookings return to the same branch.
How do I check, change or cancel my booking?
Check its status under “My booking” with your booking number and email. To change dates or category, or to cancel, contact the pick-up branch; the change and cancellation policy will be published with the final terms.
Can I drive the vehicle outside Honduras?
No. Our vehicles are rented for use within Honduras only; taking one out of the country carries a penalty under the rental agreement.
